Use the named configuration
NLG-32-11 is the reference model described here. Its current card lists sizes 7, 8 and 9, eight standard colors, white lining, diamond palm, smooth back and a rolled edge. Use the model name and selected color in the initial RFQ.
Align size and weight
The documented reference weights are 45 g for size 7, 50 g for size 8 and 55 g for size 9. Provide the planned size mix and confirm the production version before comparing samples or calculating a program quantity.
Build a pack-ready RFQ
The current reference packing is one pair per bag and 120 pairs per carton, with a 50,000-pair MOQ. Attach artwork, desired unit presentation and carton requirements when the program is intended for retail or distribution.
Ask for documents against the finished product
The card identifies food-grade documentation as a possible requirement. Share the target market and exact finished configuration so the team can confirm what documentation is available and applicable before approval.
